However, the eldest wishes to take iron heel of the company after her father from the virtue of her being the eldest. If the eldest is given the major chunk of responsibility, this can cause a great source of resentment for the younger sister since she will feel cheated out of her rightful place. Despite her obvious greater experience, if she is not given the position, she will feel that she has been treated unjustly and she might direct her anger towards the older sibling or refuse to work in the company at all.
